At this time, returns are not accepted as Morgie B is a small business that operates as a team of one. All sales are final. Please thoroughly read all item descriptions and sizes before making a purchase. If you have any questions about an item, feel free to reach out using the Contact form or DM us on Instagram.

In the case an item arrived damaged or was misrepresented, we will always do our best to make it right as our top priority is that you are happy with your purchase. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there is an issue with your jewelry. Send us an email using the Contact form or DM us on Instagram and we will do our best to find a resolution. If you believe an item(s) was damaged during transit, please reach out within 7 days and take photos of the damage.

Please keep in mind that vintage items have been used and have had a life of their own, so appropriate wear is expected.

Shipping Policy

Morgie B ships USPS to locations within the U.S. and orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Business days do not include holidays or weekends. All items are shipped with tracking and $100 insurance.

If an item was lost in transit or says it was delivered but was not received, we are happy to work with you and USPS to find a solution. However, we are not responsible for stolen mail and the buyer is responsible for escalating USPS lost mail claims and insurance claims. We will happily provide any extra information that is needed for these claims if you reach out via the Contact form or DM us on Instagram.

We ship to Australia, Canada, EU, and the United Kingdom. International orders are processed within 2-5 business days. USPS First Class Package International deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive at customs, although USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. For customers needing faster delivery times, please consider upgrading your shipping method as international delays are sometimes subject to lengthy delays at customs. 

In some cases, your order may need to be picked up at an assigned local pick-up location. Your order may be subject to higher shipping fees, import duties, and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. If any fees are applicable, please understand that these will be the buyers responsibility, not Morgie B.
