How do I care for my jewelry?
Vintage jewelry has had a life of its own, and appropriate wear from being well loved is expected. It is important to give the pieces you love the love that they deserve! Both vintage and new pieces can remain in their current state for a long time with proper care. However, please not that all plated and filled metals can wear down over time, especially depending on use and proper care. Morgie B is not responsible for wear of jewelry in the course of normal use. Remember, the ONLY metals that will never permanently tarnish are solid gold and sterling silver.
For solid gold & sterling silver jewelry: pieces can be worn at all times, and may develop a temporary surface level tarnish that can be removed. Routinely gently polish and wash pieces with warm water and soap to maintain sparkle and shine. Silver polishing materials can also be used on silver.
For ALL other pieces: Metals may tarnish over time due to oxygen, natural body oils, cosmetics, chemicals from perfurmes, sweat, water, lotion, or soap. To reduce tarnishing and prevent jewelry from breaking: remove jewelry before exercising, sleeping, tanning, swimming, showering, washing hands, or doing dishes. Avoid getting jewelry wet or coming into direct contact with perfume or cosmetics. Regularly clean and polish jewelry with a soft, dry cloth to remove oils and reduce tarnishing.
Many vintage pieces are rare or one of a kind, so it is important to practice careful jewelry care.
Where do you source your vintage?
I feel so blessed to have your support and be able to run this business, as one of my favorite parts of it is the thrill of the hunt. Morgie B derived from my passion of scouring estate sales, antique stores, thrift stores, garage sales, online auctions, etc. for hidden treasures. Vintage pieces are sourced from all of the above, while new pieces are sourced from various trustworthy sources who create classic, fashion-forward pieces.

What is your return policy?
At this time, returns are not accepted as Morgie B is a small business that operates as a team of one. All sales are final. Please thoroughly read all item descriptions and sizes before making a purchase. If you have any questions about an item, feel free to reach out using the Contact form or DM us on Instagram.
In the case an item arrived damaged or was misrepresented, we will always do our best to make it right as our top priority is that you are happy with your purchase. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there is an issue with your jewelry. Send us an email using the Contact form or DM us on Instagram and we will do our best to find a resolution. If you believe an item(s) was damaged during transit, please reach out within 7 days and take photos of the damage.
Please keep in mind that vintage items have been used and have had a life of their own, so appropriate wear is expected.
What is your shipping policy?
Morgie B ships USPS to locations within the U.S. and orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Business days do not include holidays or weekends. All items are shipped with tracking and $100 insurance.
If an item was lost in transit or says it was delivered but was not received, we are happy to work with you and USPS to find a solution. However, we are not responsible for stolen mail and the buyer is responsible for escalating USPS lost mail claims and insurance claims. We will happily provide any extra information that is needed for these claims if you reach out via the Contact form or DM us on Instagram.
We ship to Australia, Canada, EU, and the United Kingdom. International orders are processed within 2-5 business days. USPS First Class Package International deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive at customs, although USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. For customers needing faster delivery times, please consider upgrading your shipping method as international delays are sometimes subject to lengthy delays at customs.
In some cases, your order may need to be picked up at an assigned local pick-up location. Your order may be subject to higher shipping fees, import duties, and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. If any fees are applicable, please understand that these will be the buyers responsibility, not Morgie B.
Do you offer gift packaging?
